ARVGrow TnP operates as an educational software provider under college-authorized scopes. We process information strictly to execute core recruitment features:
- Student Applicants: Name, branch, CGPA, active backlogs count, project profiles, and PDF resumes.
- Recruiters: Credentials, job postings, branch filtering filters, and selection pipelines.
- Metadata: Session tokens and ATS parser request logs.
2 How We Utilize Data
Collected datasets are processed solely to automate recruitment processes:
- Matching student profiles against recruiter CGPA and branch constraints.
- Parsing uploaded resumes to generate instant ATS coaching feedback scores.
- Providing recruiters with eligible databases and interview calendar triggers.
3 Data Security and Isolation
All stored records are protected under isolation rules:
- Student and recruiter credentials are securely hashed.
- Database tenants are isolated to block cross-college leaks.
- Transcripts and placement rosters are kept behind authentication gates to block indexing bots.
