Please read these terms carefully before accessing or onboarding your college onto the ARVGrow TnP SaaS Portal.
1 Acceptable Use Policy
By accessing the ARVGrow TnP placement software (hosted at tnp.arvgrow.com), you confirm that you are an authorized student, recruiter, or college administrator. Any attempt to scrape academic records, bypass tenant restrictions, or forge profile variables (such as CGPA metrics) is strictly prohibited.
2 Administrator Control and Whitelabeling
College administrators hold single-point authority over their tenant boundaries. They retain the rights to modify, delete, or suspend student profiles, edit active internships and camp opportunities, update location parameters, and delete recruiter postings as deemed necessary to preserve institutional standards.
3 Student Profile Responsibilities
Students are solely responsible for the authenticity of the credentials filled inside their profile, including graduation years, skill lists, active backlogs count, and project descriptions. ARVGrow TnP’s AI Resume Coach acts exclusively as an optimization assistant and does not guarantee placement shortlistings or interview selection.
4 Recruiter Commitments
Corporate recruiters posting drives on ARVGrow TnP agree to specify clear location types (Onsite, Remote, Hybrid) and internship duration bounds. Recruiter entities must secure candidate data gathered from the portal and comply with applicable local employment and privacy codes.
5 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ARVGrow TnP, ARVGrow.com, or its affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from recruitment schedule delays, database service interruptions, server downtimes, or candidates failing to secure employment via the software application.
